Fashion Editorial ‘Curtain Hooks’

🌸 Visual series exploring the work of fashion designer Madison McLoughlin and her collection of upcycled curtains. We put together these images to bring attention to overlooked details, textures and shapes in the things around us. There are so many things out there that have more lives than just one.

💘 I loved that Madison worked with vintage curtains to make her floral garms but kept original details like how the curtain hooks are still attached. With this in mind I created close up scans of each of the clothes to explore the idea that by looking closely at the things around us we can reimagine them in new ways.
